Illevity is a member of several pre-existing sites (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) and your participation in these private forums is at the discretion of Illevity as well as administrators on each social network.
Illevity reserves the right to take action to remove any content deemed inappropriate by the sites or by Illevity’s standards. Illevity will not be held liable for any loss of content or disagreements that may arise between the individual social networking site and the user. In order to access certain features of the social networking sites or to pages on illevity.com, and to post updates, these sites require that the user open an account with them. Your use of the social networking sites with which Illevity is affiliated, their services, and content and member submissions is at your sole risk and discretion and Illevity disclaims any and all liability to you or any third party.
Please do not harass, threaten, intimidate, bully, stalk, or invade the privacy of any individual in connection with your use of the social networking sites with which Illevity is affiliated and their services, whether or not an individual is an registered in courses administered by Illevity.
Photo & Media Release
You agree that all images, testimonials, survey responses, photos, video and audio taken during or in connection with courses administered by Illevity are the sole and exclusive property of Illevity. You authorize Illevity to use testimonials and images of you for promotional and marketing materials.
You retain ownership of assignments and deliverables submitted during your participation in Illevity’s courses, while granting Illevity an exclusive, sub-licensable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license license to use such materials for promotional and marketing materials and online media.
